Just watched this 90 minute panel from Slow Food Nation in SF last summer. Phenomenal. If you don't have time for the whole thing, at least click through to the original page and check out the panelists' answers to the last question: What is local food going to be like in 20 years? Michael Pollan is (as always) on point here about public policy prescriptions that are needed to escape the poisonous trap of industrialized farming.
